KTM Policies

Ordering
All credit card orders are processed through our Secure Server (SSL). We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Mail orders are accepted with receipt of a personal check or money order. Please see information below. We also accept wire transfers on International Orders. Prices are quoted in USD, please use a currency converter to determine your countries conversion rate.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so if you request 2nd Day or Next Day delivery, we must have a physical street address for delivery. We only charge actual shipping charges for expedited shipping options. Normal shipping time is approximately 3-5 business days within the continental U.S.. When all items are in stock, we can often ship them out the next business day that the order is received (excluding non-stocked machine orders). However, please allow 24-48 hours for processing, especially during busy holiday periods and following a weekend.

We can also ship via FedEx Next Day or FedEx 2nd Day service if you would prefer expedited shipping. Again, please allow approximately 24 hours for processing. Please note: FedEx does not deliver on Mondays or Sundays. If you request Next Day delivery on a Thursday or Friday or 2nd Day delivery on Wednesday or Thursday, you will normally receive your order on the following Monday or Tuesday, respectively. All items are shipped in generic packaging to insure confidentiality. The return address reads “KTM”.

Please note that although FedEx is normally very reliable, we cannot be responsible for occasional delivery delays caused by FedEx. If a package is lost in transit, we will trace the package for you through FedEx. If it still cannot be located after the trace, we will re-ship your order at no extra cost to you.

International Orders
We are happy to ship international orders to Australia , Canada , Denmark , Finland , France (Includes Monaco) , Germany , India , Italy , Japan , Netherlands , United Kingdom , United States . A Master card or Visa is required for all international purchases. Prices are given in U.S. dollars and will be converted to your currency by your local bank or credit card company. If want to place an international order, you will have to Email us for a shipping quote. Any customs charges that may occur are the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for knowing the laws of your country. Any packages that are rejected by customs will be abandoned and no credit will be issued. Please be certain that the products you order are legal in your country before placing your order. International orders are shipped via USPS Airmail Parcel Post, which usually takes 6-10 days to arrive.

Order Cancellations
We realize there may be some cases when an order may need to be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, we require that you contact us via Email for a cancellation number. Orders cannot be cancelled once your package has shipped. All cancelled orders will be charged a 6% processing fee.

Back Orders
Although we try our best to have all items in our catalog in stock at all times, occasionally we encounter situations where a third party cannot supply us with a particular product or materials as soon as we would like them to. Machine orders may also be heavier than normal. In such situations, we will ship all available items to you upon receipt of your order and then we ship the back-ordered item or items as soon as possible.

Warranty
We are confident in our product, we offer the best warranty in the industry on all of our machines. Please review our IronClad Warranty program.

Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return an item, you may do so within 10 days of delivery provided the item has not been used and is in the original and unopened packaging or is defective. We will exchange the product returned for another item or items of your choice, or issue a store credit . This credit is for the returned product(s) ONLY. No credit is issued for shipping charges unless an incorrect item or items were shipped in error. Products that cannot be returned for any reason are dildos, lubricants and any products that are designed for the genital area, that has been removed from its original package (unless defective). Please include your name, email address, and specify whether you would like a replacement product or store credit. No refunds are provided unless an item is deemed defective. All fucking machines are subject to a $150.00 restocking fee.
After contacting us via Email and receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN) we will issue a UPS call tag to have UPS pick the package up from your location.

Our Privacy Guarantee
All of our customer information is held in the strictest confidence. Your name or email address will never be released or sold to anyone. In addition, all products are shipped in generic packaging to insure confidentiality. The return address reads “KTM”.
